Mary was great to work with! Very communicative and helpful.
I was a first time home buyer and incredibly fortunate to have Mary as my realtor. She took the time to really teach me every step of the home buying process. She did this while also making all the paper work super easy for me, and always being available to show homes or answer questions. Her help was invaluable and I can't recommend her enough!
Exceptional service from preparation to closing. Mary helped me get an offer above anticipated on the first day of listing. She advised me on every step and went out of her way to help arrange contractors for minor repairs. A truly wonderful experience that took the stress out of selling my home. Highly recommend Mary for your next home buying or selling experience.
I have worked with Mary Kidwell for over a decade. She is professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions. Her expertise in the market helps my clients find the perfect home at the right price! I've even used her to sell my personal home - a great experience! What stands out most with working with Mary is her dedication and ability to think outside the box, when a difficult situation arises - which happens more than people realize - she works quietly behind the scenes finding an acceptable solution.... read more
