Very unprofessional staff. The worst place I could have put my son in. He was admitted Monday and told me a doctor would evaluate my son and give me a call. It's Thursday now and when I called to inquire about my son they said " I can neither confirm nor deny that he's here". I don't know what to do. I called the Behavior health clinic who transferred my son to Mary K Shell and they told me to file a police report. I'm devastated and regret taking him there. I'm left feeling helpless.
5 minutes ago I had been here multiple times as of now and each time I have come out worse than when I was entered in. This most recent time was so heinous I felt as though I needed to share my views of this place. Upon entry this time I was greeted by a man with nigh no respect for me who lectured me for hours upon joining the military and the importance of family and his experiences with both of these topics.
