Needed a hospital bed for a total joint replacement. What they brought was a bed that had to be from the 1970’s. I’ve worked in hospitals since 1980 and I don’t remember beds like this. The issue is…it’s an incredibly uncomfortable bed. The mattress has zero support. I can’t stay in it all night. I asked to have it switched out for a newer model (as I had with a previous joint). Teresa who has been working there she says for 25 years refuses to help me. She keeps telling me that Medicare does not cover what I'm asking about. Well my insurance company does cover it, I will not do business with these people again. I would not do business with these people so

They made me feel like I had to buy a CPAP mask from them at $405 when I didn't. And can't return it even those it has not been used. Not customer friendly and how many older people have they milked out of money. Won't be returning there.

Highly recommended by my doctor to get my CPAP from them when my old one stopped working.Everyone there has been great. The respiratory therapist explained a lot more than then the place I got my old one from.
