My husband and I recently sold our house and bought a new home through Mary and we loved working with her! She was very organized and made the whole process easy for us. She's easy to get ahold of and was very accommodating to our schedules. She has great contacts for lenders, inspectors, etc. and we always felt she had our back. Mary made sure everything moved along quickly and was just very on the ball!! We've already recommended her to a couple people and will continue to do so!

We originally contacted Mary to help us sell our previous home and help us find a new one. We listed our home around noon and accepted a full price offer by the end of the day!! I couldn't believe it! Now the search was on... and Mary went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. She was available whenever we wanted to see a house. Our story started with a house fire that motivated us to begin our search for a "new" home. There were a lot of tough decisions and hoops to jump thru and Mary was there with us every step of the way. Looong story made short... We rebuilt/repaired our home and purchased the home we've always wanted with Mary's guidance the whole way. She sold our house in less than a day and for more than we'd expected! Would have given a five star on negotiations but we didn't get full asking price. Meg is awesome otherwise. She has a really cool car (Ford Mustang) and took me out for coffee in it twice. She made a video of the property with her crazy cute friend and put it on the internet. She had a buyer in the first 24 hours and closed a pretty good deal for me within my timeframe.
