Mary was excellent to work with! We built a house from the ground up, she was very helpful the entire process from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and acted very professional when things didn’t go as planned in the final stages. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a excellent realtor.

Mary is the best! My husband and I were first time home buyers. With her help, we actually ended up building brand new instead of buying! She made the process go very smoothly. She was always dedicated, honest, and willing to go the extra mile for us. She is also great at communicating. If you need a realtor she would be the one to go to!

Mary is AMAZING! Mary was absolutely wonderful to work with, she went above and beyond. I am a first time home buyer and she walked me through the process step by step, took the time to explain anything I didn’t understand, and was incredibly responsive to emails. Mary is an excellent, knowledgeable realtor. She knows the market, the area, and is discreet and thoughtful. I used her for the sale of my home, and the purchase of my new home. And in the process I recommended her to family which resulted in two more happy purchases. She goes the extra mile with a smile.

Mary was very helpful , honest and there when I had any questions. I believe she did her very best to get me the price I hope to be in and in a timely manner . The closing ran very smooth and I was in my new home very quickly. I would be great full in the future if she would take me back as a client.

I actually worked with Mary on 2 homes, she helped sale my house in Hot Springs, and she helped me buy a house in Rapid City. I had really good service from Mary on both situations. At no point was I ever not informed. Mary kept me posted at every step of the way. She helped guide me and never hesitated to get me information when I asked for it. I had nothing but good service from Mary, I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.

Mary was very energetic and worked very hard to sell our home. She kept us informed of all the showings and followed up with other agents after each showing.
