They have a superior cleaning service. The only cafeteria is awful. The nurses are a little slow to respond to the call button, and are often on their cell phones at the desk. I wish there was a mini fridge in the room, but the rooms are pretty nice. The furniture for family use is not comfortable and the wi-fi is ridiculously slow. The resources for patients are good. I don't get the feeling that the staff really listens to parent concerns.

my daughter came here on the 16 of march she has been doing so much since then her stay at hackley wasn't what I would of like to talk about but here at mary free bed they are awesome the hospital is beautiful and the people are great she will be here for awhile and she will come out stronger than ever I have faith thank you very much

I was a 68 year old women when I lost my left leg to a MRSA infection. That summer when I came home from California, my nurse caseworker, suggested that I go to MFB for sleepover summer camp, which I did. I can't thank them enough for what they did for me. I was really scared st first, because I thought that I would not be able to do the things that were asked of me. I need not have worried. Everyone was very kind and understanding.
