Love this dr . Patient for years good listener . Really does care. Long term staff five stars for them too. Recently it seem that they are having a problem hiding good help. I recommend the wait to see dr is your best bet
Dr. Mary Dailey-Smith is an excellent, caring, thorough, conscientious doctor. I have cancer as well as other related and unrelated issues. She spends the time needed to make sure I get all the treatment I need. Further, I am on Medicare so she is conscious of the need to make sure my treatments, tests and medications fit within my budget. She knows when to be encouraging and when to be concerned. She is doing a great job. Note: I moved to Dallas Ga just less than a year ago.
It's hard to find a doctor anymore that isn't a Wellstar doctor and that actually listens. Dr. Dailey-Smith took the time to listen to me and answer all questions that I had. Her staff always goes out of the way to say hi and to go the extra mile the most offices don't do anymore. I even more excited now that they have a second location in Marietta.
I had my initial visit today. I am very pleased!
Service has declined over past 4 years. PA's some good some horrible.
I've never had a doctor that listens so well and that actually cares. She remembered what was going on with me and actively sought relief for my ailments. I was so sad to move and have to find a new doctor because Mary Dailey-Smith is the Best! Her staff is all professional and easy to communicate with and there are some in-house tests available so the lab is not always required.
If you have a severe illness that may prevent you from going to work and you have to depend on Gina to do your FMLA paperwork, look foward to not being covered for those days you may have to lay out because all they want is that fee for filling out the forms for there convenience not yours. Very unprofessional in that area!!!!
I LOVE DR Smith, but every since they started the weight loss clinic you can NEVER see her. The physician assistants are really sweet but all they seem to know how to do is prescribe something. I want a DR that can get to the root of my issues not just treat the symptoms. I really can't say enough good things about Dr. Smith though. Just wish I could still see her.
