I had been going to Dr. Smith for 5 years. I didn't mind going to her as I did some doctors, she was always sending me to specialists for I have many complications. After 5 years of seeing Dr. Smith, she encouraged me to try hospice care in that my health was failing. I felt like it would not be long before I passed. ON the last visit that I saw Dr. Smith, she gave me a paper that looked like it was typed in a hurry. It had many illnesses on it. She said here is a list of what is wrong with you, then she said, a couple may n... read more
When we talk about profesional and being Ethical. Dr. Dailey-Smith is the worst Dr I have ever encountered and experienced in my life. At 66 and as an architect I dealt with major healthcare facilities Doctors, Heads of each department and on, and design major hospitals on the west coast. In my first visit to Dr Dailey I had a clear picture of what we spoke. After getting home, I realized that my first name was misspelled. really?? This after I presented and they copied my driving license and insurance card?? Then Dr. misint... read more
Doctor Mary Dailey-Smith is an exceptional Doctor. My husband and I both have her as our primary Doctor. We moved here to Georgia 4 years ago and when I was searching on the internet her name came up. I say she is a Blessing from God. We are both over 65 years old and never have had luck with any Doctors previously. She is amazing.
I have had nothing but a great experience here at the clinic. I also appreciate the staff as well as the doctors. I will refer this staff to all my friends and family. keep up the good work we need more doctors and staff like you guys:) Have a great day!
I have been a patient at Hiram office since it opened over a decade ago. The staff was courteous and professional. Sadly, over the years, there has been a constant decline. I noticed a negative review about Jeanna & completing FMLA paperwork. I can attest to that. I’m disappointed in Dr. as she has become less accessible, very cold & nasty. Unprofessional & discriminatory. She fired me as a patient simply bcz I challenged a decision she made and could not give a logical explanation. Baffled!
Love this dr . Patient for years good listener . Really does care. Long term staff five stars for them too. Recently it seem that they are having a problem hiding good help. I recommend the wait to see dr is your best bet
Dr. Mary Dailey-Smith is an excellent, caring, thorough, conscientious doctor. I have cancer as well as other related and unrelated issues. She spends the time needed to make sure I get all the treatment I need. Further, I am on Medicare so she is conscious of the need to make sure my treatments, tests and medications fit within my budget. She knows when to be encouraging and when to be concerned. She is doing a great job. Note: I moved to Dallas Ga just less than a year ago.
It's hard to find a doctor anymore that isn't a Wellstar doctor and that actually listens. Dr. Dailey-Smith took the time to listen to me and answer all questions that I had. Her staff always goes out of the way to say hi and to go the extra mile the most offices don't do anymore. I even more excited now that they have a second location in Marietta.
I had my initial visit today. I am very pleased!
