I was referred by my doctor to make an appointment. The person who answered the phone was RUDE. She kept cutting me off and kept telling me that my referral was not approved, as hold the approval in my hand. If your going to treat people like they don't matter before they get to the office; how will you treat them during and after surgery. There were no empathy skills used! no clarifying questions asked. I am asking my doctor for someone new. I have to trust my doctors and their staff.
