This is the worst place ever to get new glasses. My son has been waiting for 38 days for his new glasses. I have called many times and I keep getting told they are still at the lab. When are they going to release his glasses so we can pick them up. I am told this is what happens often glasses are delayed for months. I asked if it was just my son's glasses being held up and receptionist said no it happens often. My son needs his glasses to see better, but they certainly don't care about that.
