This Dr prescribed the wrong dosage of medication for my infant for over a year snd never caught it. It was 10 times stronger than it should have been. She never listens, has preconceived notions that don’t fit the facts and is not at all thorough. Terrible experience! Save your children. Go anywhere else!
Last visit was great. Dr Burton has been our pediatrician for both our kid for over 10 years, one of which had an issue that was alarming at the time. Over that time she's been knowledgeable, dependable and consistent. She's great with the kids, is careful not to over-diagnose and is very practically minded. We couldn't ask for more!
She is rude and dismissive. Not my child's original doctor, but my childs doctor wasn't in the office and i was told that they needed to be seen today. She made me feel idiotic, that i was crazy and overreacting, and insinuated terrible things. Being a first time mother, i don't know everything and I'm still figuring things out as far as when we should call for something medical. I was fighting back tears of frutstration when i was in the room with her because of how awful she was being.
