We hired Mary Clark to sell our town home in Cupertino. She gave us great advice on getting the home ready for the market and how to price it. She is extremely professional and walked us through every step of the process. We had already moved out of the house and the area, and she went above and beyond. We got an offer over asking price right away and are extremely happy with our results. We have worked with several agents over the past 20 years, and Mary was by far the best one.
