Mary Thomason has been a fantastic, caring, wonderful doctor for me! I have some complex issues with my overall health and she provides expert consultation and care. She listens attentively and works with me to provide the best care possible. I am very grateful and appreciative for the care she provides me. She knows me as a person as well as a patient. I am so happy she is my doctor!!
Dr. Thomason is wonderful. My problem is communicating with the receptionist area. It is VERY frustrating to get through on the phone or to return a call!! I usually wait as long as 15-20 minutes on hold. Get more personnel! And have the existing ones do a better job picking up on calls.If I try to use MyChart, it can take 72 hours to get a reply. The bottleneck of trying to communicate with the office makes me want to switch to a different health care provider!
