Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this dermatologist's staff friendly? Yes Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all! Did this provider show attention to detail? Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me
