As a new mother, I was worried about my daughter's allergy, which I could not describe well because of the way she spoke to me, I do not agree with people who have no empathy in the health sector, and even less when it comes to children.
Dr. Monka always takes the time to give a thorough exam and answer any questions and concerns. He also calls to go over the blood tests and explain the results and any follow up needed. I recommend Dr. Monka to anyone seeking a Primary Care Physician.
Doctor knowledgeable and very good. Staff questionable unprofessional lacking attention to detail clueless about the surroundings and not trustworthy. Quick slick and over with attitude.Could not provide a paper prescription ordered by the doctor . Repeated requests by patient but either NOT available or did not bother to get back. Automated service not working. No contact.
Dr. Hammoud was serious about the procedure he was conducting and at the same time engaged with me and answered my questions. Assistants and technicians were competent and patient. I felt I was in good hands all around.
Visits always go smooth, never rushed and doctor makes you feel comfortable talking to him.
The doctor and staff are very professional, the office is clean and orderly. I’ve not had to wait for more than five minutes each time I go.I was nervous about the procedure but was surprised at how quickly and efficiently it went. A little discomfort but not painful at all. Quite relieved and ready for second leg.
