Went for a specific, painful concern. Dr. G. could not diagnose but recommended an OTC. I thought 'a drugstore buy will address my concern and this level of pain?' I don't expect a doctor to know everything. However, since she did not know what was causing my complaint, I wish she had referred me to a specialist. Three weeks later I am in the ER for the same concern and after that a slow, painful recovery . I did not feel listened to or valued.
The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Kane took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Explains everything well. I highly recommend him. He also makes you feel very comfortable. He himself called me with my test results. I was very impressed.
