This doc is a pain management doctor with an awful bedside manner. I had chronic LBP waited 6 weeks to see her and could barely walk. I saw her to obtain medicine to relieve my pain until I could see a PT specialist. She treated me as if I was there for narcotics. Yet, offered no relief and no injections because she could not bill ins. on the same day as a consult. I would have paid out of pocket, but I did not think to suggest as I was in such pain. Knowledgrable, polite abd effective
Dr. Shen is thorough and so very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she is. She always takes her time - never rushes the appointment. She always answers all questions and never makes you feel that the questions are “stupid”. She always reaches out to other doctors to make sure everyone “is on the same page.”
Her bedside manner is awful. I presented with severe LBP, and she wanted to give me epidural in 1 month. I could hardly walk and had already waited 6 weeks to see her. I was not there for opioids but something to relieve my pain so I could walk. Then get PT. She offered no relief at all, no trigger point injection as she could not bill same day as a consult. She wanted me to wait another month for an invasive epidural injection and stated it may not work. She provided me with medication (not for pain) but one that conflicted... read more
I have Long-Term, Post ICU Covid from four years ago. After getting acquainted, I explained my physical difficulties in detail and he has gone out of his way to help me find solutions. He listened to every word I was saying with undivided attention to detail offering possible alternatives for me. There should be more caring physicians like Dr. Restifo and I trust him completely.
Dr. Labbadia has been my PCP since 1994. He is an excellent doctor. In today's world of corporate owned doctor's he is unique in that he puts his patients and their needs first. He has the experience and maturity to actually get to know and care for his patients. They don't make doctors like this anymore. He has treated myself, my husband, my son, and my daughter. We have all found him to give us excellent, quality care unlike so many other doctors.
