Dr. Rotblatt made me very comfortable and explained everything he was doing and it sure helped me stay calm.
Mr. Rotblatt’s office is a place you should never go with your dental needs. Very unprofessional as a dentist: talks a lot, saying stuff an averag knew and not answering direct questions. Long story short: I came with a toothache for my urg, and he helped me find th exact place where it bothered me, but even after looking at X-ray, he didn't tell me what he would do. After leaving Rotblatt’s office and going to another dentist I realize how dissatisfied I was with Rotblatt. Very unprofessional , the receptionist got upset if the cost was ever questioned and the dentist, Rotblatt, got upset if any of his work was questioned. He never returned phone calls and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.
Excellent. Professional, trustworthy and compassionate doctor and staff. They listen.
They deserve negative stars for the rudeness both from the doctor and the staff. I see the doctor for a total of 2 minutes and he tells me I need to get 8 cavities filled and when I said that my old dentist was watching them because they were small, he actually gave me attitude and walked away. I moved from out of state otherwise I would have never left my old dentist. Then I get a bill and I called to ask what that was and the staff got rude and basically called me an idiot.
The week of conquering fears. Yesterday-Speaking, Today-Dentist......😟 So glad my hygienist loves me and is my Aunt Jill!
