Dr. Rossi is the best neurologist when he was in Chicago and he is still the best all just in the country. I got so upset when he left.
Showed up to my 9:15am appointment at 9:00am then waited in the waiting room until 9:50am then they finally called me back just to tell me that it will be another hour before I’m seen. They will waste your time and not care at all about what you may have going on in your life. They should be calling patients and letting them know that the doctor is behind and ask if you’d like to reschedule, but they don’t do that because they don’t value anyone else’s time at all and they will just make you wait and then tell you that they ... read more
