Very Helpful, Friendly & Professional – As a new mother, who works full-time, cleaning is definitely something that I'm willing to pay to have someone else take care of. I wanted to find a service I can trust in my home as well as one which uses Green products. Marvel Maids Rock – We have used Marvel Maids for over a year and are very pleased with their work. Our house is always spotless and fresh when we get home after they've been here. We also appreciate the fact that they use earth-friendly cleaning products.

Overpriced and poor quality – I was very disappointed. I don't mind paying the higher rate, but I expected quality work. They quoted $180.00 for 1 hour of work to clean my 1br/1ba apartment -- and it is small! We've lived here for three years and it needed a good cleaning, especially after our baby was born last year. They took almost 2 hours! They didn't tell me about their 24-hour re-clean policy, which is in some paperwork they have you sign when they arrive. Satisfaction NOT guaranteed – I never write reviews, but thought I'd take the time to review this company because i was extremely disappointed. I called around several cleaning companies to find someone to do a move-out, deep-clean. I went with Marvel Maids because they were professional and courteous on the phone. I also liked that they said if i wasn't satisfied, I could give them a call and they would come back and take care of the problem. Love the environment! – I love the environment and so do they! The air is so fresh after Marvel Maids cleans my place. They come every week and my friends always comment on how clean my place is.

Good Cleaners - Bad Communication – I hired Marvel Maids to clean my condo on a bi-weekly basis. The company set me up for a Monday morning 8AM schedule. I was asked for my credit card number and informed that unless I called to cancel two business days before the cleaning, I'd be charged no matter what. They quoted me $155 per cleaning and that works out to about $100 per hour. Pretty spendy for maid service. Make the city sparkle! – Having been a realtor for several years I have come to appreciate the value of a business or individual that can actually back up their promises. Marvel Maids have come through with flying colors!!! Their staff is efficient and a pleasure to work with. I have been completely comfortable in recommending them to friends and clients. They have also passed on the good word about this company. One day the whole city will sparkle do to word of mouth! Remember to give credit where credit is do!

Great Cleaning Job and Very nice – I called Marvel Maids because a friend recommened them to me. I was a little hesitant because I have not been happy with other companies here in the past. I have to say that when they left, my home was sparkling clean! The cleaners spoke english and were very polite and acommodating. Marvel Maids was the best and very professional! – I have never seen such a well run company in the cleaning industry! The staff showed up when promised and delivered way beyond my expectations! They are a little more expensive than some, but from what they said, they pay their employees well and it shows! They are in my house every week now.
