Marv did a wonderful job helping my wife and I during our house search. He was available to see places the same day they went on the market, which was critical since many places were selling so quickly, and was always timely answering questions when some document jargon was unfamiliar to us during the many offer attempts.
Marv Nicholson and Bryson sent me several unsolicited text messages claiming I had viewed homes on their website and whether I'd be interested in purchasing. They knew my name and phone number. I've never been on their website nor heard of them before and I am not in the market. I have no idea how they got my contact info.
Marv is the only agent I've met who would provide honest feedback of his own and will not hold back. He always puts client interest as the top priority instead of cutting a deal. He would be the 1st person to tell you not to offer this property if he smells something not right. He is also very good at convincing and talking the other side towards his client's interest. In a nutshell, he REALLY cares about his client.
