I purchased a doll as a gift for my mom and she didn't quite enjoy the design. Maru was kind to exchange the doll for a different one with no extra charge for the price difference or shipping! My mom likes the new doll very much. Thank you!

I want to appreciate this place with all my heart, my husband went today to look for some boy doll clothes. For our son that unfortunately passed away due to preterm complications. And I had him too early for him to survive. The staff were very compassionate that she gave him a set of clothes for free. Thank you 🥹 it’s for his burial.
