I was broke down in Atlanta during rush hour traffic and all it took was 1 phone call and they sent someone immediately. The driver was professional and friendly and had me home in no time. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced. I am beyond grateful for their service and kindness.
My daughter had an accident last night and we were charged $175 To tow the car 6-7miles to my house. My husband also didn't receive a receipt because the driver didn't have a book. I'm still waiting.. Shameful
I had my 1st experience and it was unforgettable thanks to the owner Marty and especially Josh. I will recommend this towing company to everybody in the Douglasville and I hope that Josh is the driver.
