They delivered my vehicle to an unknown location - NOT where I requested a tow. Refused to tell me where the keys were. Refused to answer my calls. And the 7 hours later said they dropped the keys in a drop box of a very shady mechanic shop and refused to go back and tow it to the right location. I’m thinking that a report to the police may light a fire under them to get my vehicle back!!!
Recommendedthere towing services are great. but I will never use there shop again. no one will talk to you or call you to give you any kind of update or information

I work with GDOT as a Champ Operator with over 10 years experience with driving big trucks and as a Patrolman or law enforcement officer I have had the privilege of seeing them at work and am impressed enough to want work even more with them.
This is the second time I have tried Massey Towing. The first time it took 2 hours to get to me only 2 miles from their location. This time my insurance provided them and here it is 4 hours later and still no one is here. And Ive contacted them 3 times......
Marty would you yourself like to contact me,before we both start pushing . getting in touch with you is not easy.
They went the extra mile today, bringing two trucks to get our 90 yr old mother out of a ditch. We can’t believe how compassionate they were. Please use them!
Big shout out to this company for coming to the rescue immediately to my parents stranded on i20 yesterday and not charging an arm and a leg on a Saturday. You guys took care of my parents in a timely fashion along with DCSO. Thanks so much!!
First off this post may be a little bias because I look to the owner Marty Massey as a Brother. But let me say after being involved sometimes on a daily basis for my last 10 years with the City of Douglasville as the Deputy Chief, and Chief of Police, Massey Towing runs a tight ship and could always be counted on to handle whatever mess needed attention.
