Found the dr to be disengaged with me at my visit. More interested in his computer than my concerns
there s a great need to simplify their prerscription services. it doesn't work by using a 'prescription desk with a recording giving you no contact with anyone in the event that it is required. Also a 3 day wait for confirmation is ludicrus. it is also a great deal of work faxing back and forth to a busy pharmacist
Went there for annual exam. Waited over an hour even after making appt. Exam itself was fine. His staff is incompetent (except Geraldine who's nice) and never available (especially the office manager) They messed up the form to be sent to Cigna by not filling out completely. They messed up billing so I'm getting bills for tests I shouldn't be getting. I called doctor's office last year & this year repeatedly. Can't never talk to the person in charge. Don't return calls after leaving messages.
