I had the pleasure of meeting Marty a few weeks back. Immediately, I could tell that he not only knew his stuff but he cared deeply about serving clients at the highest level! You won't be disappointed, working with Marty!
I used Marty during the purchase of one home and sale of another. He is very professional and friendly, and communicates with you throughout the entire process. If you don't understand something in the process, he will give you an answer in a timely manner. If you need some resources during the sell/buy process (inspections, fixes, etc…), he most likely has some of those in his back pocket also, if you would like to use them. I would not hesitate to work with Marty again in the future.

Marty sold my sister's house for us and he handled a lot of the little details for us since we were 5 hours away in Houston. The sale was complicated because there were actually three parcels but Marty got all three sold for a great price. We highly recommend Marty if you need a realtor.
