This place is the absolute worst when it comes to service!!! I have had my vehicle in the shop 5 times for a/c issues and they are too incompetent to fix it. My sister also bought a vehicle from here and she has had multiple problems with the service dept. Once when I went to pick my truck up after hours they had left the windows down and the hood unlatched. I cannot say enough negative things about them.
Billy took great care of us! We went to both locations for test drives. I was very picky and they were very patient. No one was ever pushy. I decided to go with them mostly because they made it a good experience. When I did finally decide what I wanted the process was quick and painless! Thanks Billy
Can't thank them enough! Jeep making terrible screech this morning. Took it out to them, small rock between rotor & dust shield. No Charge!!! That is awesome customer service!!!!

I took my Compass there to have them try and figure out a starting problem. They ran a diagnostics check but, of course, the car never acted up once. I can’t fault them because the car wouldn’t cooperate. They were very courteous and very professional. Melissa was great and kept me informed of the progress. I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again.
Brought Jeep in Thursday night & fixed by 3pm Friday!! Outstanding service!! Thanks guys for working so hard!!

My daughter had a recall on the airbags for her Dodge Challenger while she was here. Her appointment was the day before mine and because I only had a software recall on my cruise control they were able to do that for me the day that we picked up my daughter's car. They are really helpful especially with me trying to learn everything about this new truck.
