I started with a good doctor but the demand from the office manager was obviously not in her or her patients best interest so she left then the next good doctor . no longer did the insurance company care about anything but the bottom line. This has caused many unhappy conversations with office people who have no interest or knowledge about healthcare ! This place has really gone down hill. I am switching to my old Dr due to no one seems to know ANYTHING! APPOINTMENT'S GET CANCELED ALL THE TIME OR MOVED AROUND!! I AM PISSED DUE TO THIER LACK OF ANY EFFORT. YOU GUYS HAVE RUINED A WELL KNOWN PLACE IN THE COMMUNITY.OVER THE YEARS, IT'S SAD.IT'S GONE DOWNHILL, SO SO BAD PEOPLE ARE LEAVING AND THEY CAN'T KEEP GOOD DOCTORS.WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU GUYS DOING?THE BIG WIGS ARE RUINING EVERYTHING.IT'S ALL ABOUT THEIR POCKETS.NOT EVERYBODY ELSE'S CARE.IF I WAS YOU, PEOPLE STAY AWAY!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! My standards are already low when it comes to healthcare so please don’t think i have unrealistic expectations. Going to Martins point and thinking you’re going to receive good care is like going McDonald’s, ordering a salad, and thinking you’re being healthy. They don’t listen to health concerns, charge you for everything they can, provide no follow up and have zero empathy. Avoid this place at all costs!
