Have been going to Martains point for 20 years . Love them . Friendly, efficient and effective .
I have been a patient here for several years, but after my visit yesterday, I am seriously considering seeking care elsewhere. I have never felt so uncomfortable or unwelcome in a doctor’s office. I felt rushed through my appointment and treated as though I was not wanted, which It was due to the smell of cannabis on my clothing. I don't know what is going on at Martins Point? Their customer service is non-existent!! They nickel and dime patients for additional $$ for asking medical questions that pertain to the scheduled appt. Canx appts on a regular basis or try to reschedule for convenience of their staff. I use the mail order pharmacy on a regular basis. My most recent request, long story short, its been 3 weeks and I havent received my medicine. I started with a good doctor but the demand from the office manager was obviously not in her or her patients best interest so she left then the next good doctor . no longer did the insurance company care about anything but the bottom line. This has caused many unhappy conversations with office people who have no interest or knowledge about healthcare !
