RecommendedAmazing company!! Our HVAC went out completely while I was out of town and only my wife was home to deal with it all. They were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process! I would recommend this company to for any and all HVAC needs!

Best customer service ever! Cecil was very nice and respectful, he took time to explain different options throughly. Their receptionist is also very nice over the phone.
Called this morning and was able to work on my unit today. The receptionist was very professional, friendly and got someone schedule as soon as possible. The repairman was the same, and identified and fixed my unit quickly.
I was at work so my husband called another company without talking to me first.....they charged him $150 JUST to look at it and said it would be $617 more to replace the blower motor and that he couldn’t get the part until Monday! As soon as I found out I called Martins and they came right out and fixed it within 2 hours for MUCH LESS! The customer service was awesome and I got to walk into a warm house instead of sleeping over at my sisters tonight!!! Thank you so much Martins Heating & Air. I loved the technician that came out to fix my AC. He was very kind and polite. He treated me with such respect and not like a "stupid woman" like often happens to me. He got it up and running, explained exactly what went wrong, and showed it to me. And he was very honest in telling me that my unit was very old and on it's last leg. He hated telling me that but he honestly didn't want me to sink a lot of money in to repairs that wouldn't last long. He gave me a quote for a new unit so I would know what to expect.
