This is truly a family business. This store is americana at it's best. I am a horrible do-it yourself-er, which means multiple trips to the hardware store for just one of my brilliant projects. Never mind the selection, which is great, it's the people that make this business shine! Mike,Rose,the kids,and a great supporting staff not only provide outstanding service, but contribute above and beyond to the greater East Community. Martin's Hardware Rental & Pet is a mainstay in East Troy. Not only as a retail store, but they also contribute to their local community. Their staff are ALWAYS helpful, friendly and courteous. We are lucky to have this establishment in our community - not only to provide items and rentals for us, but also to contribute to the local economy and provide employment. I have lived in East Troy for over 45 years and ever since this store has opened I have never gotten bad service, they will go out of their way to help you and find products that you need, I will go there before driving 20 miles or even 10 miles to get the products I need
