Customer service is hard to find thes days but NOT at Martins! Every time I am in the store someone is there to help me. Not just to find my item but to take it to my car if need be. This is 1 place that is on the TOP of the customer service list!
Love Martins! It is my go to store to get what I need. Plus I help support the home town business!

I have many choices in my area to shop at, from big box store's to other hardware stores. My go to place for real help and how to advice is Martin's. The people have always been more than friendly. I have never experienced a bsd experience at this store.

I've been shopping Martin's Hardware for 30+ years and I can say we are very fortunate to have them in our community!! It's rare that I can't find something to meet my needs, but if I do, they can usually order it and get it in quickly!! I appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly staff every time I visit!

Great store, always helpful and considerate. If they don’t have what you need they will try to get it. They have a large pet food and supply department which is so convenient. Love my hardware store!

I've been shopping here since they opened their store and have always had great service. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. This is where I always go to buy my pet food, the price and the quality is great.

What a wonderful, caring, and hardworking staff! We redid our whole house in town and they were extremely helpful from paint advice to plumbing advice for our bathroom. Took rental was super easy too! We buy our dog food there because they care about what their customers pets are eating. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Martina! Keep up the great work:)
