As always, very helpful and on the rare chance they do not have something I need, they always have a suggestion or idea of where to get said part or how else to fix the problem. Not to mention the best pet food supply department around.
Martin’s Hardware is the best! Very friendly to the customer and their pets!! They are also very involved in the East Troy community. The staff will go beyond what is necessary to help you find a solution to your problem. Everyone is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Martin’s Hardware. I would give a 10 star rating if I could.

I cant even begin to tell you how many times I've walked into Martin's not even knowing what Im looking for, but with the patient and friendly staff and the process of elimination, together we find the exact tool, product or application I need to get the job done. The crew there is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, unlike the service you might find at a big box store, which is why our family takes our business to Martin's... Highly recommended doesn't even come close!

This store has been a rock in this community for years, I have shopped with them since they started years back, EVERY EMPLOYEE is eager to help you find, fix, or get you an answer to an problem. Nothing to big or too small, NEVER, and I mean NEVER have I or seen anybody treated rudely, their a terrific store and stride in customer sevice, that's there #1 goal !!!!!!......

Martins is an awesome business in the Village of East Troy. You can’t walk in the door without being greeted or someone asking you how they can help.
