Horrible horrible management!! They had their management change over when I was there the beginning of the year and I can tell you it wasn’t any better. They go against their own agreements, their “refurbished” apartments aren’t so refurbished. Outdated appliances and shotty work. Maintenance is understaffed making it almost impossible to get work done efficiently and properly. roaches “palmetto bugs” kept coming from the floor in the bathroom, and management is absolutely rude as far as their mannerisms and poor attitude.
