Envie una caja a RD en Mayo y no solamente tardaron casi 3 semanas en entregarla en SD sino que se perdio una buena parte de lo que estaba dentro; es decir que alguien se lo robo. Cuando les llame por telf a reportar el incidente y averiguar la politica de la empresa en "mi caso especifico", me informaron que el seguro solo paga por perdida total de la caja.....Nunca nadie trato de contactarme a pesar de tener mis telfs en USA y RD, para ofrecerme algun tipo de compensacion o a... read more
