RecommendedI am employed with lab corp and work in the OB office and I absolutely love everyone that I work with . I get to witness the amazing care that everyone gives each and every patient that walks thru the the door . athe management staff is amazing as well and I'm very blessed to be apart of such a wonderful team .
My appointment was at 10:30, i arrived at 10:05. I was needing to be seen and scheduled an appointment for a sore throat. The triaged called twice, two days in a row to confirm my appointment and what it was for. When i arrived the nurse was polite, asked me questions and told me to wait due to my issue being my throat. I waited for over 15 minutes for them to decide not to treat me and that if i wanted treatment i had to go to a "sick" facility to get treated. People’s Health like to waste people’s time by setting appointments, confirming them by phone twice before the time and date, and then refusing service because of a sore throat... even though that is why the appointment was made in the first place. They wait until you make it to your appointment to send you away. Pretty unprofessional. And then they write on the paper that you “refused service”... PHC is a joke...

my son had an appointment at 3:45 and we were on the waiting room till 4:45 i waited for 5 more minutes, still no nurse came out so i gave up and left. i made the choice to change dentist a long time ago and now i'm changing clinic. been coming here for 9 years because the staff are really nice. but i cant wait that long anymore
