I had been a client of Martinas Cleaning off and on for the past 7 years. The first years were great and Martina would quickly address any concerns I had. Now, I will never use their services again. I hired Martina's cleaning because they were supposed to be bonded and felt that if anything were to go awry, at least their bond would cover any costs. Boy was I wrong.
