They never answer the phone
The girls in the office are no good. They have constantly given me the wrong information. For instance, I've been here at a Quest office to have blood drawn since 6:30am this morning. An hour later, they called me, and they found out there was no order to have it drawn. Just yesterday, I called Dr. Zapata's office to verify if everything was ok to go to Quest, and the receptionist said yes. The girls there need to be fired !!! I recommend finding another doctor, like I'm about to do.......
First time going great service they gave me all my prescriptions I asked for let's see what happens for my upcoming appointments
I wasn't excited about the service at this place, Martin Zapata was inattentive
