I will never recommend this company. I should have reviewed these reviews prior to allowing this company enter my residence. They completely botched a deal. As an investor, my team ran the comps and verified comparable houses in the area. This company located the worst houses in the area and after going back in forth with the AMC. Decided to go a different direction. Save your time and money!
I would highly recommend this company if you need an undervalued appraisal of your home. The USPAP, adopted by Congress in 1989, is outdated, and does not include many things that add significant value to a homes value.
This place sucks. I have had nothing but issues getting my appraisal filled out correctly, it been sent back unfinished, the people here are hard to deal with and don't seem to understand the concept of what an appraisal is. I've had to argue with them about my appraisal through our finance company and they have been an overall nightmare. My house has been appraised two other times in the last two years through other companies and this one by far has been the worst. I have realtor friends who state the same thing.
