Inexcusable ineptitude at every level of the appraisal. Literally use anyone else but them. I have never been so disgusted by such an unprofessional report in my life. Do not do business with them under any circumstances.

Pathetic waste of money. The appraisal was a complete joke and far below market value. The bank submitted a reevaluation request, but the appraiser ignored common sense and refused to make any changes. To make matters worse, the appraiser was unprofessional—I removed my shoes before entering to avoid tracking in wet grass, but he left his on and dragged grass all over the carpet. Do not use this company. Choose a professional and accurate appraisal service instead.

Terrible. 50,000 under contract value. We had multiple offers and we even had two offers higher than the one we are contracted at. We will be terminating our offer with great confidence in a better more accurate appraisal from a more reputable company. I can't believe banks even work with this company.
