Dr Roche performed knee replacement surgery on my husband’s 2 knees. He was fantastic. When we met with him before the surgery he was warm and professional. He explained everything that he would be doing for the replacement of the knee. Lines of communication were excellent. The office is well run and extremely efficient. I’ve been a patient since 2015. Dr. Roche has performed partial knee replacement. He did not push me for more extensive surgery, which I appreciate. I have followed up recently for treatment of my other leg, which we are doing nonsurgically.
Dr Roche performed a robotic assisted knee replacement for me 16 months ago.The experience has been great from the initial appointment, through the surgery, recovery, and rehab.Facility, people and results have been tremendous.

I did substantial research for an orthopedic surgeon who does robotic knee surgery and has a follow up plan that manages pain in an adequate approach. Dr Roche met all the criteria and more. I also asked anyone who I met who did their surgery and how was their outcome. If you live in South Florida there is no one better. I was playing golf after 6 weeks of having a full knee replacement and I’m 70 years old.
Dr. Rouche did my right knee in 2016 and found that I only needed a knee implant. I have had great success and have had no problems. He told me I would probably have to do the left knee eventually. So here I am in 2023 getting an appointment with Dr. Roche to do my left knee. He is a wonderful ortho surgent and cares about all his patients I wouldn't let anyone else do my surgery except Dr. Rouche he is the best!
As a previous patient I tried to make an appointment with Dr Roche. The scheduling assistant was rude and unprofessional. She kept me on the phone for 45 minutes and could not schedule an appointment. The inmates are truly running the asylum!!!
Ive been a homecare nurse for years. All the patients that I’ve had that had wonderful results after a knee replacement has been with Dr. Roche so when my husband needed knee replacements that’s who we used. My husband had one knee replacement and three months later the other knee replacement and he was back to work within four weeks. He walks better than I do and has no issues whatsoever
Explains everything regarding your problem. Has a great sense of humor......so frequently absent in a physician.
