I needed to replace a single tire; I called several places which did not have the size I needed or charged entirely too much. Chuck not only had the size I needed in stock, but mounted & balanced everything in record time at a good price. He is no bs, straightforward and honest.
We got a new set of tires for our truck and we love them. We called saturday to inquire different sizes and other information and the prices were so great we scheduled an apointment for the following monday (today). Even with the bad storm and the chaos we still had our apointment, and were in and out quickly! We waited inside where we were happily entertained by the owner. A sweet, silly, genuine man. I wont be going anywhere else! Great business, great service!!!
The Owner is very kind and professional. He treats his customers with the utmost respect!! The prices are great for the quality of work and materials used. They offer a lifetime warranty on brake pads and rotors as well! Also, they replaced one the struts on my SUV and it has been riding as good as new ever since. I would recommend this shop to any one who lives in the area or having issues passing through worcester. They been in business for over 80 years originally opened by they current owners father!
