they installed shocks front and back that they didn't tighten or use new hardware on. they also installed new upper control arms and did an alignment which i had to bring back twice because truck was veering right. was told vehicle was supposed to do this. finally left being told they did their best.....all the hardware they installed for that wasn't tightened either.......

They had me in and out. The customer service was excellent, I love a person who can make me laugh! The work was top notch and the couple things wrong he saw he explained to me. Easy on the wallet.

I recently purchased 4 new special order tires , staff was friendly I was in and out and I am very impressed with the honest , upfront service I received. I also recently experienced a blowout with one of my new tires. He gave me a loaner tire until my tire came in !! Who does that ? Martin tire, that is who. I just bought a jeep for the winter , I buying my tires here as well. Very happy with the service.
I have gone to Martin Tire on three different occasions when I needed tires. On each visit, the process was completed in 1 hour or less, from the time I pulled in to the time I left. I will always go here - the staff is efficient, the owner (Chuck) is a great person to casually chat with, and a Veteran. Thank you again Chuck, for running a wonderful business!
