I called wanting to replace all four tires but was unaware of my tire size. The gentleman on the phone transferred me to someone who could figure out my tire size. The main front desk guy answered and asked my tire size, and I explain to him I didn’t know. He said, “ what do you want me to do?” The better way to handle the situation is to say let me get this figured out for you. Do the work you went in to get done and not give you the run around. I had to take my car up there 3 times to get my wheel bearing replaced and every time I went back they had another excuse. I've been a customer of theirs for years. I don't understand why they did me like that?
I would like to thank Greg at Martin Tire for helping a co-worker in need. Even on a holiday, he was able to set her up with new rims and tires at a very reasonable charge and in a timely manner. Thank you Greg!!!
U will never get our business again. $220 for a tire gone 2 hours and came back to a broken rim
