Best customer service ever
Made an appointment for them to come look at my ceiling for an estimate and they no call/no showed and didn’t even have the decency to answer the phone when I called them.
I had kind of an emergency...a situation that occurred unexpectedly that resulted in a hole in our ceiling. Needless to say, this was the 2nd person I called hoping they were available same day. Granted, it was late in the afternoon, but without hesitation he said he'd head my way once we got off the phone. Originally, he didn't plan on repairing much...he'd come back tomorrow, but he decided to go back to his office, collect some supplies, and he returned to repair the hole.
