VERY OLD outdated apartments, has no urgency to fix things you have to keep calling to get anything fixed. Property management is very poor. Would not recommend
Please be cautious with your security deposit. I left the house in a professionally cleaned condition, yet I was still charged for additional cleaning. Some of the other charges were made in error and were later refunded. However, communication with the management team can be difficult, and at times, their responses may come across as unhelpful or dismissive.
About 5 years ago we rented from them, over on black oak drive, while in the process of moving with nearly a week left on our lease, we came back to our place with the doors locks changed, after getting ahold of them they came out and unlocked the doors, I walk in to all of our stuff thrown all over and stolen including me and my children’s social security cards, baby clothes, birth certificates, and a lot more. NO upgrades! outdated appliances! cabinets etc but will raise the rent!!!!!! They do have lavish units check out the website Horrible tenants!!!very loud music kids running all during the early morning & night🤬🤬🤬do your research before moving in🤬🤬very inconsiderate people!!!! I wonder does Martin check for reference or background checks🤬🤬🤬I am moving ASAP @ this point I’d stay @ the motel. Also, deny you quickly for better places but their win application fee kept just to tell you denied🤡
