Our first visit to Dr Martin B. Miller was shocking and disappointing. As soon as he enters the room where we were waiting, he immediately yells at my husband for accidentally putting his phone on the table tray. My husband has 4 strokes this year. I am sharing this experienced hoping that this doctor will improved his conduct towards his patients by treating them with courtesy, respect and professionalisms no matter who they are.Never go to this doctor again.
As a new patient, I was shocked by lack of caring from this office. The front desk just doesn't care. From the phone scheduling to in person check in, staff was cold and never greets with please or thank you. When I showed up for my 9 am appointment, the doctor called in to say he's getting a car oil change and will be late. When I asked the front desk lady, there was no apology. Go somewhere where doctor and staff care about patients.
I recently visited Dr. Martin Miller’s office in Los Gatos, CA, and had a truly outstanding experience. Parking was easy to find, with ample spaces around the complex, though the office is situated toward the interior of the property and may take a moment to locate if you’re visiting for the first time. I agree with all the other reviews. I wish I had read them before I went to this doctor. Do not go to him. He is the most unprofessional, rude and uncaring person I have ever met.
