Dr Pallante is honest, compassionate, and truthfully cares about his patients’ complete health. He urges exercise, and proper nutrition. He will not recommend surgery if there are other options. He is a great orthopedic doctor.

Dr. Pallante has performed three surgeries on me (left total knee, left shoulder, right rotator cuff) and I’ve had a great result each time. He always explains things thoroughly to me as to what to expect prior to surgery and what my recovery will involve. He takes time to answer my many questions in an understandable manner. He and his staff are always friendly and efficient.

Very informative as to proceedings, test and accessment. Everything went great, no one left us hanging and wondering what was going on. Dr. Pallante and staff were great. Take note that I was dreading this surgery due to everything we’ve heard going on in the hospitals and that surgery is scary in general. Recovery has been good also.

Dr. Pallante cares about his patients whole health. He gives you all the facts of your condition but leaves the decision of treatment totally up to you. His bedside manner is impeccable.

I waited over an hour and a half. When he finally came in, he rushed through my options. Never touched my injured arm, never asked questions about how it happened or my lifestyle to determine realistic options. Asked what I have done to help it so far, and cut me off after a couple sentences. Offered 2 options- stretching and it will heal in 3-18 months, or surgery. There was no in between. No PT option, no written description of at-home therapy. And he made me feel too bad to even consider surgery, because it will heal on i... read more

Dr Pallante replaced both knees 3 months apart and I have a new lease on life! He was an excellent Dr in every aspect and I recommend him to everyone I talk to. Three and a half years later everything is amazing. Thank you Dr Pallante.

Excellent. It has been 6 months and everything that was explained to me has happened. I have full flexibility and have had no problems. I have recommended him to anyone who asks about me knee replacement and will definitely go back when I have to have my other knee done.
