Hi so I’ve been a medical assistant for a little over 4 years now . I know this job can be very stressful at times but it’s the field I chose . Usually I don’t leave reviews because we all need our jobs . However I do feel like the Medical office assistance can use some more customer service training. I called today to have meds refilled for one of patients whose care I over see , when I called I was rushed on the phone the entire time . They tried to hold me hostage.. it's like more of an experiment facility
Due to the neglect from dr. octavio gonzalez who performed a surgery on me in 2006, I have been living these past 20 years with a life long disability because of their neglect. Shameful
