THE OBSERVATION 24 HOUR HOLD ROOM NURSES ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I ASKED FOR FOOD AND MEDS AND THE NURSE ASKED ME, WHICH ONE I WANT? AS IF I COULDN'T HAVE BOTH.
Very impressed with this hospital, from the moment you walk in and are greeted by the friendliest person on earth, Rhonda. The hospital is shockingly organized. The staff, to a person, seem very friendly and helpful. The doctors that we have encountered are caring and will actually spend time with you to answer your questions. A shockingly good experience.
This hospital was way more helpful than mlk jr outpatient and they probably can diagnose me if if they had emergency room.....but thank you to tge person who helped me here even though they didn't gave too
