With all due respect, I am aware the medical establishment is grossly understaffed, etc, BUT that doesn't mean I have to endure this guy's condescending nature. Wait times exceeding 45 min plus, cancellations without a courtesy call THEN being told he won't have another opening 3-4 weeks out. Nah, no thanks. I have more respect for myself than that.

Dr Iversen is very thorough and will listen carefully to your problems. His professional manner is very good, and you never feel uncomfortable or that his instructions are confusing. He explains everything in layman’s language and goes deeper with explanations if time allows. His front office are manned by fantastic staff. Back office the same; personable and extremely knowledgeable. I moved and that’s the only reason I left Dr Iversen’s care. Thank you

Waits are 1 1/2 to 3 hours. Talks to scribe not patient. Unable to make eye contact during discussion. does not call back, always prefers to make an appointment (I assume to bill for no matter how small an issue). I received vaccines as an employee ff.or which MultiCare either lost or made no record of. Very nice office staff.
Have visited several times due to illness or injury and Dr Iversen and staff have been very kind and efficient-including the Xray department at Allenmore and the MRI facility in Gig Harbor.
anxious annoying personality, doesn"t really seem interested in listening to the patient concerns makes referrals without knowing whether they are warranted
Dr Iverson been professional knowledgeable, I been his patient for 3 months, he taking enough time with me during the visit, to make sure everything on track, He always making sure that everything been taking care, I been blessed to be his patient
